RESIDENTIAL HOTEL: The apartments are at the ground-floor and at the first floor.evry one has a little kitchen with all dishes and the bathroom wit hot water. They have a shady or covered terrace of 18 sq .ft. The prices do not include: the compulsory final cleaning (€ 30,00 ap. 2 bed flat; € 35,00 ap. 4 bed flat; € 40,00 ap. 6 bed flat;), optional bed linen service and added bed. Towels and duster are not available.
It is necessary to give a guarantee for the apartment at the arrive(€ 200,00 at ap.).
BOOKING THE HOLIDAY VILLAGE: It is required a deposit that is the 40% of the price and it is necessary to send it during the 15 days after the booking. For the rest it has to be paid at the arrive.
In case of cancellation, 40 days before, it will be kept the 50% of the deposit.
In case of cancellation 25 days before all the amount of the caution (€ 50,00 for the secretary rigth); in case of interruption of the holiday the guest has to pay all the ammount.
The Director of the village can rent again the booked period from the guest who arrives one day later, without a written advice in advance.
TERMS OF DELIVERY OF THE APARTMENTS The apartments will not be delivered before the 17.00. they will have to be left bay the 10.00 the day of departure(cleaning of kitchen facilities is to be done by guest)
CAMPING-SITEEvery guest pay from his arrive till the 12.00 of the day after.
He cannot book the place for a caravan or a tent, but it will be given at his arrive according to the availability.
A LUMP-SUM
EMPLACEMENTIt offers a place for a caravan, tent or camper, car or motorcycle, electric current, for booked persons. They have to be the same during all the holiday and have to pay from the very beginning of it.
PARKING: There is a fenced parking area, but unattended and not insured. For a second car there is a surcharge………
BICYCLES:They can circulate only between the entrance and the emplacement. Children are forbidden to go around for playing.
ANIMALS: The Direction can admit little size animals with the health certificate. They are forbidden to go on the beach and in all other places of entertainment. Moreover, the owners can go around with them if they have duster and bag.
VISITORS ENTRANCE:Visitors can enter
from 8.00 to 23.00. they have to pay for 1 person price(first hour free).
